PERSONALITY:

Pepper Potts is a woman of many talents. She prides herself on her organizational skills and her ability to wrangle her boss, Tony Stark. She is a poster woman for success and independence.

Pepper is very hard working. From putting in the time, blood, sweat and sometimes tears in college to get her degree to her job, Pepper has always put 110% behind everything she does. She is motivated and dedicated to being the best she can be but she prefers to stay in the shadows as opposed to being in the spotlight. She is serious about doing the job that Tony Stark had hired her for, which is to help run his business and provide administrative support to him. Pepper is dependable and will always get the job done with very little difficulty.

Above everything else, Pepper is loyal. She would never betray Tony’s confidence no matter what was at stake and she would do anything that Tony asks of her. She is very guarded with her trust but once someone earns her trust, they will have it for life, unless of course, the person betrays her or Tony. Some people would question why she is so loyal to Tony given who he is and his behaviour, however, in Tony, Pepper sees a heart of gold. She knows that there is good in Tony and she sees Tony for exactly who he is underneath all of his armour.

Pepper is a bit of a romantic at heart and she has been secretly struggling with her feelings that she has for Tony. However, as much as Pepper tries hard to keep her feelings for Tony a secret as to not allow her professional life interfere with her non-existent romantic life, it isn’t until Tony breaks those walls down by kissing her on the rooftop after saving her from the exploding drones at the Expo site that she finally admits to herself that she is hopelessly in love with her boss.

Even though Pepper appears to be well put together and professional, she hides her softer side and her romantic side. She doesn’t want to admit to herself that she is dangerously close to being dependent on Tony and his well-being due to her feelings for him. She doesn’t want to be the woman that looks for her knight in shining armour as the feminist in her doesn’t believe that women need men to protect them but at the same time, she secretly relishes when Tony goes all protective alpha male on her.

ASSETS: Peppers loyalty is her number one asset. To those she (or Tony, by default) trusts, she will give her completely loyalty to and will do anything within her means to help. Her organizational skills are also an asset as she can organize anything, from closets to Tony Stark's schedule. Speaking of Tony, her patience is another asset as it takes a lot of patience to deal with Mr. Stark's antics.

LIABILITIES: Tony is her Kryptonite as he is the one person in the entire universe that she cares the most for and would do anything she had to do in order to protect him. Tony is the one man that is capable of making her lose her control with a single word, gesture or act. While Pepper has an beyond excellent poker face and can spin lies as easily as she brushes her teeth, when it comes to Tony, she cannot lie to him as he can see right through her.
